Our paintings are painted to order which can take up to three weeks. Prior to shipping a photograph of your painting is emailed to you for approval.

Shipping cost is a flat rate of £15.00 per order regardless of where in the world you are and how many paintings you order. Paintings are shipped rolled-up in a cardboard tube by courier (TNT or FedEx). Paintings are usually in transit for 4/5 days. A tracking number will be sent to you once your painting ships so that you can track your parcels progress and change delivery details if required. All delivery addresses will copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement. While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.
Packing
Unframed paintings are covered with a protective plastic sheet to stop any sticking, then rolled up in a strong plastic tube.
Framed or stretched paintings are robustly packaged as shown in the process below.

Damage In transit
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect our claim against the carrier.
Shortage
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 48 hours.
